   Alex Palichev, former Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Culture and Chief Engineer and Deputy

    Director of the Institute for Monuments and Culture is the owner of Festa Tour.  He 

    personally designs the tours, selects the hotels and is our guide and storyteller.  From his vast

    network of friends and colleagues, he enhances the experience with access to archaeologists,
